I sent an email - and a desperate plea - and was contacted within the hour! I was so impressed by the customer service from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment THAT DAY! Thank you to Bailey, who stayed late to make sure I was able to drop off my flowers. The process was seamless and straight forward, I felt I had all the details and knew what to expect. Best customer service, timing, floral options and product I could’ve asked for! I don’t suggest doing it as last minute as I did after our wedding. But still came through and saved the bouquet enough to create an amazing shadow box. Highly recommend!
