After losing our daughter suddenly at the end of March, I didn’t have time to plan ahead to preserve her flowers. I messaged them the day after her funeral as there were no “drop-off” times until the flowing week. Not only did they message me back very quickly, they also arranged for someone to be there to receive my flowers that day. The piece is absolutely beautiful (wish I could upload a photo)! Highly recommend.

The. Best. Experience. Of course the finished products were stunning, but more important to me, was the exceptional customer service I received. I was preserving arrangements from my mother’s funeral. Laura was so kind, understanding and empathetic. She took her time and listened to my story. Laura even wished me well for the hard upcoming holidays-the first without my Mom. The final products are so beautiful and meaningful. I absolutely love them and would highly recommend this invaluable service to anyone looking to preserve a memory.
